About us
We believe that all our patients should have access to individualised, evidence based and holistic care. We believe strongly in patient-centred empowerment and believe we should help the patient in understanding what this entails.

Appointments
If you would like an appointment with either the doctor or a nurse please phone us on 020 8874 1700 or speak to the receptionist during surgery hours.
We operate an appointment system which is designed to allow patients to be seen on the same day if a request is made in the morning when the surgery opens. Appointments can also be booked up to two weeks in advance.
You can also obtain medical advice by booking a telephone consultation.

Nights, Weekends and Bank Holidays
When the surgery is closed, a doctor is always on duty. If there is a problem that cannot wait until the surgery is open, or if you need urgent advice, then call 020 8874 1700 or 111. Your call will be received by an answering service called Care UK. They will take your details and then pass these on to the duty doctor. If you have not been contacted after half an hour then please ring again.

Accessible Information Standards
The Accessible Information Standard tells organisations how they should make sure that disabled patients receive information in formats that they can understand and receive appropriate support to help them to communicate. All organisations that provide NHS or adult social care must follow the Accessible Information Standard by law. These standard include making sure that people get information in different formats if they need it, such as: large print, braille, easy read, email etc.
Further information can be found on NHS England’s website
Please let the surgery know if you require any communication or information support needs.
Allocated GP
From 1st April 2015, the practice is required to provide all patients (including children), a named, accountable GP. For new patients, the named GP will be allocated within 21 days of registration.
Your named GP will have overall responsibility for the care and support that the practice provides to you. This does not prevent you from seeing any GP in the practice as you currently do.
Please contact the practice if you wish to know who your allocated GP is.
Patient Access
Patient Access lets you use the online services of our practice. This includes arranging appointments, repeat medication, access to your medical record and updating your details. Please note that their secure messaging service is not supported.

GP Declaration of Income
The average pay for GPs working in The Triangle Practice in the last financial year was £81,250 before tax and National Insurance.
This is for: 2 full time GPs and 2 locum GPs who worked in the practice for more than six months.
NHS England require that the net earnings of doctors engaged in the practice is publicised by 31 March 2020 at the latest. However, it should be noted that the prescribed method of calculating earnings is potentially misleading because it takes no account of how much time doctors spend working in the practice and should not be used for any judgement about GP earnings, nor to make any comparisons with other practices
