Pharmacy and Self care

Pharmacy

Pharmacists are qualified healthcare professionals who can offer clinical advice, over the counter medicines to effectively and safely manage a range of minor health concerns. They can also help you to decide whether you’ll need to see a doctor. You don’t need an appointment and you won’t even be asked to make a purchase. Every pharmacy also has a private consultation area for you to talk about your symptoms in private if you prefer.

How to Cancel an Appointment

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so that your appointment can be offered to someone else.

Can cancel your appointment using this link or The NHS App. Alternatively call reception on 020 8874 1700.

We understand that very occasionally that there may be mix-ups or communication errors in providing patients appointments. However, booking appointments and not attending without informing the practice (DNAs) means that someone else who may desperately need an appointment is denied medical care. Not only is this costly to the NHS but this is also detrimental to the health of our other patients. We therefore urge you to attend the allocated appointments, or cancel in good time so that we can give the appointment to someone else.
